Megan Araujo Kropf is the Founder and Executive Producer of Lady K Media, a strategic creative media company centered around female led and focused stories in television, podcast, and digital media.

With over 15 years of experience in unscripted television, Megan has worked for major television networks and studios, including  WarnerBros-Discovery and ABC. With over a decade in reality programming, Megan spearheaded development on several digital initiatives, live events, podcasts, and spin offs for some of your favorite series, like The Bachelor Franchise.

Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Megan grew up performing and has always been an active member in her community. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Arts from San Jose State University and is an alumna of Alpha Phi Fraternity. Megan is a long time supporter of the American Heart Association, an advocate for mental health education and reform, and has an honorary doctorate in all things pop culture.
